An organization serving as a timeless resource for human flourishing.
About Seeds of Asha
Seeds of Asha is a spiritually informed leadership ecosystem grounded in psychology, contemplative science, and applied systems thinking.
The work supports individuals and leaders in cultivating inner coherence—the capacity to relate to responsibility, influence, and change from a stable, ethically grounded internal orientation. Rather than emphasizing performance or optimization, Seeds of Asha focuses on formation: how perception is shaped, how meaning is integrated, and how action emerges from clarity rather than reactivity.
Drawing on research in spiritual intelligence, trauma-informed leadership, and psychospiritual development, Seeds of Asha offers structured programs, private work, and convenings designed to support sustained integration over time. These offerings attend to both inner development and external impact, recognizing that leadership effectiveness is inseparable from psychological stability, emotional maturity, and ethical self-regulation.
Seeds of Asha serves as a resource for those navigating complexity—personally, professionally, or systemically—who are seeking approaches to leadership and service that are both spiritually grounded and intellectually rigorous.
Mission
Seeds of Asha exists to support the development of spiritually grounded individuals and leaders who are prepared to meet complexity with clarity, responsibility, and care. The mission is not to produce ideology or prescribe belief, but to cultivate inner coherence—so that leadership, service, and creative action emerge from truth rather than pressure.
Vision
Seeds of Asha envisions a world shaped by leaders who act from inner coherence, ethical discernment, and responsibility rather than fear or reactivity.
This vision is grounded in the understanding that enduring social, cultural, and planetary change begins with inner formation. Leadership, in this context, is not defined by title or ideology, but by the capacity to hold truth, power, and complexity with integrity over time.
Seeds of Asha supports the development of leaders and global citizens who are equipped to navigate uncertainty, steward influence wisely, and contribute to human flourishing through presence, clarity, and service to the common good.
Core Values
Orientations that guide our work and relationships
Peace
Peace is understood as inner steadiness and relational presence. We value the capacity to meet experience—internally and externally—with care, restraint, and clarity, allowing action to arise without force or reactivity.
Harmony
Harmony reflects our commitment to relationship rather than agreement. We hold difference with respect, allowing coherence to emerge through dialogue, listening, and mutual regard rather than uniformity.
Abundance
Abundance is approached as sufficiency. We value conditions that support trust, stewardship, and shared responsibility, recognizing that sustainable systems grow from stability rather than fear-based scarcity.
Resilience
Resilience is the ability to remain intact through challenge. We support the development of emotional, psychological, and spiritual capacities that allow individuals and communities to adapt without fragmentation or loss of integrity.
Non-Duality
Non-duality informs how we hold complexity. We value nuance, paradox, and multiplicity, cultivating the ability to engage difference without collapse, polarization, or judgment.
These values function as guiding orientations rather than ideals to be enforced, shaping how work is approached, how leadership is embodied, and how responsibility is carried over time.

A survivor of the 2017 New York terrorist attack, Rachel’s work is informed by lived experience with trauma, recovery, and post-traumatic growth. This perspective continues to shape her inquiry into spiritual intelligence, trauma-informed leadership, and psychospiritual formation, bridging academic research with practical application.
Through Seeds of Asha, Rachel develops and teaches frameworks that emphasize emotional maturity, discernment, and inner authority over time. Her work approaches leadership as a practiced orientation—one shaped by steadiness, integration, and ethical responsibility rather than intensity or performance.
