As the Founder of Seeds of Asha (SOA), Rachel has cultivated a living ecosystem for Spiritually Informed Conscious Leadership (SICL)—a synthesis of psychology, spirituality, and leadership science designed to elevate decision-makers into stewards of planetary well-being. Through her flagship framework, Conscious Executive Leadership (CEL), Rachel guides executives, changemakers, and institutions to realign ambition with soul truth, creating cultures of integrity, innovation, and inner peace.
A survivor of the 2017 New York terrorist attack, Rachel’s path was irrevocably transformed by the trauma that became her teacher. In its aftermath, she devoted her life to healing the psyche and the planet—merging the rigor of evidence-based research with the depth of spiritual intelligence. Her personal evolution mirrors the collective’s: a journey from fragmentation to wholeness, from achievement to embodiment, from leadership as power to leadership as prayer.
Rachel’s work is both strategic and initiatory. She consults, teaches, and transmits through frameworks that activate emotional mastery, symbolic intelligence, and systemic compassion in leaders across sectors. Her research explores the convergence of spiritual intelligence (SQ), trauma-informed leadership, and psychospiritual growth, positioning her as a bridge between the academy, the marketplace, and the sacred.

Rachel Pharn bridges the ancient and the emerging—where science meets Spirit, and leadership becomes a sacred act of remembrance. Holding a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s Spirituality Mind-Body Institute (SMBI) and certifications from the Dharma Coaching Institute, Pranic Healing Inner Studies, Rising Phoenix Mystery School, and Emory University’s Social, Emotional & Ethical Learning (SEE) program, she stands at the forefront of the global movement integrating consciousness into systems of power, education, and enterprise.
