Seeds of Devotion

Foundations for Psychospiritual Leadership

Seeds of Devotion is a structured devotional program devoted to the cultivation of inner alignment, emotional maturity, and psychospiritual depth over time.

Developed as a foundational layer within the Seeds of Asha framework, the program supports individuals in establishing a steady, discerning relationship with their inner life—one rooted in presence, responsibility, and integrity rather than urgency or self-improvement.

The work unfolds through sustained engagement. Rather than emphasizing outcomes or rapid transformation, Seeds of Devotion attends to orientation: how one listens inwardly, meets complexity, and relates to meaning, power, and responsibility from the inside out.

Within the Seeds of Devotion program, this orientation is cultivated through several interrelated dimensions of practice and integration.

Program Features

Devotional Formation

✨ Presence | Discernment | Inner Discipline

Establish a stable devotional orientation through sustained inner practice. This aspect of the program focuses on how attention, reflection, and self-relation are cultivated over time, supporting clarity and discernment as lived capacities rather than momentary insight.

Psycho-Spiritual Integration

🤍 Mind | Body | Subtle Energy 🤍

Engage emotional, somatic, and energetic layers of experience as part of an integrated maturation process. Rather than episodic healing or release, this work emphasizes coherence across systems, allowing patterns to be met, integrated, and stabilized through consistent engagement.

Embodied Alignment

🦋 Responsibility | Meaning | Lived Integrity 🦋

Translate inner understanding into grounded embodiment. This dimension of the program supports how insight is carried into daily life—shaping decision-making, responsibility, and presence without relying on activation, amplification, or caretaking dynamics.

About Rachel Pharn

Rachel Pharn is the founder of Seeds of Asha and the creator of Seeds of Devotion and Conscious Executive Leadership—work devoted to restoring coherence, integrity, and spiritual authority to how people live, lead, and hold responsibility.

Her work emerges at the intersection of spirituality, psychology, and leadership, shaped by graduate-level training in clinical psychology (Spirituality, Mind, and Body), spiritual life coaching, and years of applied psychospiritual practice. She is known for her ability to translate subtle inner experience into grounded frameworks that can be lived, embodied, and sustained.

Rachel’s orientation was forged through lived initiation. As a survivor of the 2017 New York terrorist attack and a spontaneous spiritual awakening, her relationship to devotion, responsibility, and inner authority was shaped through direct encounter with trauma, meaning, and renewal. This informs the quality of presence she brings to her work—steady, discerning, and able to hold depth without urgency, performance, or spectacle.

Through Seeds of Asha, Rachel creates spaces where leaders, creatives, and visionaries deepen their relationship with themselves and their responsibility, allowing clarity, peace, and ethical power to arise naturally. Her work invites people into a lived experience of coherence—where inner truth becomes the source of outer leadership.
