Conscious Executive Leadership (CEL) is a spiritually informed and scientifically grounded model developed to meet evolving demands of modern leadership in a time of global transformation. Designed for visionaries, next-gen leaders, and systems-level change makers, CEL supports those who are called to lead from spiritual alignment, ethical clarity, and embodied purpose.
As part of the three-tier framework launched under Seeds of Asha (SOA), CEL builds upon the foundational Seeds of Devotion program. Where Seeds of Devotion focuses on inner work and spiritual awakening, CEL equips leaders to merge intellect, intuition, and embodiment — cultivating advanced leadership practices in service of planetary transformation and global citizenry.

Rachel Pharn is the Founder of Seeds of Asha, where she leads a movement in Spiritually Informed Conscious Leadership (SICL) —bridging spirituality, psychology, and leadership to restore purpose to power. Holding an M.A. in Clinical Psychology (Spirituality, Mind and Body) from Columbia University, she developed her flagship framework, Conscious Executive Leadership (CEL), under Columbia and UN mentorship to help leaders remember that leadership is a sacred act of service.
A survivor of the 2017 New York terrorist attack, Rachel transformed her pain into purpose — a journey shared by BBC, The New York Times, CBS, and ABC News — and now helps others do the same. Her work explores spiritual intelligence, trauma-informed leadership, and psychospiritual growth, guiding visionaries to harmonize intellect with intuition, success with soul, and achievement with peace.
